  • Open Microsoft Teams
  • Look for the TekNation Logo
  • Click the Logo and you’re in!

Using the Client Portal

  • Report an issue 
    • This Is how you submit a ticket when you have an issue.
  • Services & Hardware
    • When you need to make a change to your hardware, add a new employee or any changes submit your ticket here.
  • My Requests
    • This is where you can view your existing tickets.
  • My Invoices
    • Take a look at any invoices you have.
  • My Projects
    • When you have any projects you can view them here.
  • Knowledge Base 
    • The Knowledge Base is where we keep How-To articles.

    • You can View any devices that are assigned to you.

    • This is where any documents we may share will live.
